Owen Park enjoys a rich history with the city of Tulsa as being the first designated park in Tulsa Parks' inventory, dating back to 1909. We are happy to be back in the community center and to be part of this wonderfully, historic neighborhood located just north and west of downtown Tulsa.

Owen Recreation Center proudly boasts its newly renovated full-size gymnasium, a fitness room, a kitchen facility and both large and small multi-purpose rooms.
