Cyanotype Sun Printing Workshop

This workshop is a photographic technique that uses UV light (in this case, the sun!) to produce vibrant blue images. Students go through the process of creating a cyanotype, exposing it to the sun, and developing the final image. Supplies, including watercolor paper and pre-treated fabric, are provided, but participants are also encouraged to bring their own objects (flowers, bugs, photo negatives, sticks, bones, and more) to use in making prints. All skill levels are welcome – no prior experience is necessary.
