Note:

• Be sure to have your Rental Contract/Permit/Receipt with you during your event.
• Keep all vehicles in designated area. Parking and or driving on the grass is prohibited.
• Animals must be leashed and cleaned up after.
• Observe posted park rules and curfew.
• Glass containers are not allowed.
• Please clean your area after your event. Use appropriate waste receptacles for trash.

**Shelters are deep-cleaned on Friday before weekend rentals. Shelters are not cleaned on weekend days.

• If your event is rained out, we will reschedule your event up to 48 hours after the event. Please call to reschedule.
• Keys must be picked up and returned in person at Owen Community Center: 560 N Maybelle Ave, Tulsa OK. A check will be mailed within 30 days.
