This introductory American Sign Language (ASL) class is designed to be a fun and interactive experience specifically for elementary school students. Through engaging activities, games, and visual learning, students will learn the fundamentals of ASL, focusing on building communication skills in a supportive environment.

Learning Objectives:
• Students will learn to fingerspell their name and common words.
• Students will learn signs for basic greetings, family, and emotions.
• Students will understand that ASL uses facial expressions (non-manual markers).
• Students will participate in ASL-only conversations during specific times.
