Resident Teaching Artist Yusuf Etudaiye shares his many years of experience with glaze applications and discusses various glaze techniques. Participants make clay pieces at the beginning of the class series to prepare for firing and glazing in this six-session class. Prepared glazes and kiln firings are included in the tuition. Clay tool sets ($15), brown clay ($25), and off-white clay ($30) are available for purchase at WaterWorks Art Center and are not included in the tuition fee for the class. This class is limited to eight (8) participants. No experience is necessary – all skill levels are welcome.
